Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the file or content has been accessed or downloaded.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to withdraw once the digital content has been made available to you.

3. Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)

We may offer a refund or resend your digital product in the following cases:

  • You purchased the same item more than once by mistake.

  • You did not receive the download link or had a verified technical error accessing the file.

  • The file provided was corrupted, incomplete, or defective, and we were unable to resolve the issue.

  • Order number

  • Purchase email address

  • Short description of the issue (screenshots if possible)

If your request meets the criteria above, we will review it and respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us again.

5. No Refunds After Access or Download

Once you have received, accessed, or downloaded a digital file, you are no longer eligible for a refund. This ensures fairness and protects our intellectual property from unauthorized distribution.

6. EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are based in the European Union, you typically have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days. However, by downloading or accessing your purchase immediately, you expressly agree to waive this right. This is in accordance with EU consumer law for digital goods.
